Dear Founder Member/Advisory Committee Member
As per the AGNES Constitution, we will be holding Elections this year (February 18th, 2021) to elect new members of AGNES Governing Board (Chair/President and Secretary will be elected from African membership, while the Vice-Chair/vice-President will be elected from the German membership).
If you wish to nominate yourself or anyone else (only from the ranks of the AGNES Founder Members and the AGNES Advisory Committee), please send a 10-20 line motivation to the AGNES administrator, Dr Achille Hounkpevi via email: hounkpeviachille@gmail.com with copy to Clement Adebooye (ocadebooye@daad-alumni.de), AGNES Secretary by 28 January, 2021.
All nominations will be considered by the Advisory Committee members prior to the election. Due to the current global COVID-19 crisis, the AGNES Annual General meeting and elections will take place online on February 18th, 2021. The invitation letter along with Agenda of the meeting will be sent to you as soon as possible. Also note that in accordance with the AGNES Constitution, only AGNES members present at the online meeting will have voting rights.
