AGNES Announces 2025 Grant Awardees Following Selection Board Meeting

The African-German Network of Excellence in Science (AGNES) is pleased to inform all applicants and nominees that the Selection Board Meeting for the 2025 AGNES Grants was successfully held on Tuesday, 10 March 2026. During the meeting, the Board concluded the selection process for the AGNES Bayer Research Grant, the AGNES Junior Research Grant (JRG), and the AGNES Intra-Africa Mobility Grant (MG).

A total of 45 awardees were approved across the three grant programmes. The AGNES Secretariat has contacted the successful applicants and nominees. The list of the 2025 awardees is provided below.
